Providing excellent support to our customers is a hallmark of Donaldson Company. We understand our customers’ needs and provide support throughout the life-cycle of our products, from product development and manufacturing to after-sale service and replacement parts.


We partner with customers to solve their unique filtration problems. We have strong customer relationships in the many markets that we serve.

When designing a new product, our team of engineers and scientists work closely with original equipment manufacturers, sometimes even supplementing the design of the entire filtration system. Subsequently, we manufacture, sequence and deliver products and assemblies to our customers’ production schedules and, in some cases, even manage their inventories.

Many of our relationships span several decades, such as Caterpillar, Freightliner and John Deere. Other well-known customers include Boeing, Case New Holland, Daimler-Chrysler, General Dynamics, General Electric, General Motors, Hino, IBM, Kenworth, Kubota, Mitsubishi Motors, Paccar, Seagate and Volvo, among others.
