Donaldson PJAC™ Ultra® (Pulse-Jet Air Cleaner)
The Donaldson PJAC Ultra is a self-cleaning engine air intake system. The PJAC Ultra on the Freightliner M915 A5 reduces life-cycle costs by significantly decreasing the need for replacement filters and simultaneously increasing vehicle performance and mission capability. The PJAC Ultra uses controlled pulses of compressed air to automatically clean the intake filter. Designed with Donaldson Ultra-Web® nanofiber filtration technology, the PJAC Ultra provides the industry's highest level of efficiency at 10 times the life of a standard air cleaner. The PJAC Ultra is scalable to meet customer space requirements and is suitable for a variety of vehicles and applications, such as HMMWV, JLTV, tactical and armored combat vehicles and retrofit opportunities.

High Velocisty Inlet Barrier Filter
Donaldson's high velocity inlet barrier filters (IBF's) are designed to meet the demanding design requirements dictated by the Army and rotorcraft manufacturers. Donaldson will be displaying the UH-60 main engine air filter at this year's AUSA Winter Symposium & Exhibition. This unique system is designed to withstand the large H-60 operating envelope and sustain substantial bird strikes. Maintainability being critical, the system offers easy access to the filters, components and other aircraft subsystems.

PowerCore® Filters
PowerCore filtration technology allows for longer filter life and less restriction than traditional filters - increasing vehicle availability and performance. A Donaldson PowerCore filter protects the main engine on the RG31 MRAP vehicle and will be on display during this year's AUSA Winter Symposium & Exhibition. PowerCore filters are three times more efficient than average conventional filters and provide superior engine protection. Features include no media movement, expansion, contraction or bunching, and a reduced amount of dust and dirt passing to the engine. PowerCore filters are also incinerable (no metal), lighter, smaller and require no tools or special training to maintain. You can change one out in a snap!

Donaldson Strata™ Panels
Donaldson developed the first air particle separator system in the early 1960s to protect helicopter turbine engines from sand ingestion. This technology has also been used on other military applications including the M1 Abrams tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, Stryker, FMTV, Enhanced TPQ-36 (EQ-36) radar and CH-53 rotorcraft. Donaldson will be displaying the EQ-36 radar Strata Panel at this year's AUSA Winter Symposium & Exhibition. This Panel filters the air that cools critical electronics. Donaldson Strata Panels are made up of many individual Strata Tubes, arranged either in a single or a series package, depending on the space and efficiency requirements of the application. Strata Panels provide a lightweight, highly efficient filtration system with no regular maintenance requirements.
