Le Bozec Brand History
In 1920, Leon Le Bozec and Georges Gautier founded a company to exploit their patents in the field of fuel and fluid control. Their collaboration led to a large number of automotive and aviation filtration system developments. In 1984, a new Filtration Division was formed to focus on filtration capabilities. In 1991, Le Bozec Filtration & Systems became an independent company gaining worldwide recognition for excellence in all aspects of filtration technology as applied to the aviation industry. Donaldson Company enhanced its worldwide aerospace and defense filtration capabilities by acquiring Le Bozec in 2005.
