Donaldson CH Series industrial process water chillers are ideal for a variety of industrial applications, including:

The CH Series increases the stability and productivity of all water-cooled machinery, compressors and instruments by re-circulating clean coolant at a constant temperature and pressure. This controlled closed circuit approach includes evaporators designed with clean-out and fill-port valves, thereby preventing coolant expansion and fouling. An adjustable manual-regulating valve allows the coolant to be re-circulated at a constant pressure and flow.
Donaldson manufactures a wide range of CH Series industrial process water chillers from 25-500 tons. Other features include:
- High performance shell and tube heat exchangers to ensure maximum heat transfer
- Temperature controllers for precision temperature control
- ASME coded shell and tube evaporator, and water-cooled condenser with water regulating valve
- High pressure switch protects the refrigeration system against excessive pressure caused by an insufficient cooling water supply
- High-amperage draw switch shuts off the compressor and pump in case of an overload to the system
- Freeze control protection
Donaldson also manufactures the UltracoolŪ (UC) Series of process water chillers available in the Ultracool Mini and Ultracool Midi models. The Donaldson Ultracool Mini series uses environmentally friendly refrigerate R134a, allowing ambient temperatures up to 122° F. For cooling performances from 11.5 to 58 ton, the Donaldson Ultracool Midi series offers high cooling performance and low energy consumption through generously sized heat exchangers and high efficiency refrigerant (R-170C).
