The only way to cancel an order is to call your customer service representative and request that the order be stopped. This process is the same whether you send your order by mail or fax, or place it through Donaldson DYNAMIC.

When you cancel an order, the order quantity is deleted, the order status is changed to "canceled", and its information is saved for reference.

Order Tracker can display information for all types of orders, including canceled orders, when you perform a search. If a canceled order matches search criteria, that order information would be displayed on the Order Summary page along with processed orders that may also match the criteria.

To cancel an order, call your Donaldson customer service representative and request that the order not be filled and shipped.
