Create a shopping list
Purpose
Use this procedure to create a shopping list of items you regularly order, using direct item entry. This procedure eliminates the process of re-entering item numbers in the future.
Overview
You may use this procedure each time you want to create a new shopping list. Item numbers may be entered manually or selected from the catalog.
Menu Path
Use the following steps to access Donaldson DYNAMIC:
• Navigate to the Donaldson DYNAMIC Sign in page
• Enter your username and password, and click Continue
Procedure
1. Follow the steps in
Menu Path to display the
Donaldson Company Store page.
2. On the menu bar, click
to display the
Active Cart page.
All items in the will be saved as part of the new shopping list. If the cart contains items you do not want saved in your new list, save or delete them now.
3. On the sub-menu bar, click
to display the
Item Number Entry page.
4. In the
Ship-to Address field, click the dropdown arrow and select the Ship-to location for the new shopping list.
5. Select or enter information the following fields:

6. Repeat
step 5 for each item you want to add to your shopping list.
7. Click
to display the newly added shopping list items on the
Active Cart page.
8. Click
to display the
Shopping List page.
9. Click

* New List to indicate that the items should be saved as a new shopping list
10. Enter the following information for the new shopping list:

The Shopping Lists page is displayed with a message that confirms the Saved status of your new shopping list.
12. You have created a new shopping list. You may now either:
• Continue working in the Shopping Cart.
• Click
to return to the
Donaldson Company Store page.
• Click
to exit Donaldson DYNAMIC and return to the Donaldson public Web site.
