Find shipment information
Purpose
Use this procedure to find and review the shipment information for any of your company's orders with Donaldson.
Overview
Shipments allows you to review detailed shipping information about your orders. Clicking Order Tracker on the menu bar displays the Order Summary search page. Select Shipments to retrieve the order number, shipment date, Ship-to address, carrier, and shipping numbers.
Once in Shipments, you may view line item detail or connect to the carrier's Web site to obtain tracking information, as well as inquire about order status, and review payment and transaction information.
Donaldson DYNAMIC enables you to review information related to your company. Your access to a function, however, is dependent on the responsibilities assigned during registration.
Shipments is a read-only function; you can review shipment information, but not modify the data.
Menu Path
Use the following steps to access Donaldson DYNAMIC:
•  Navigate to the Donaldson DYNAMIC Sign in page
•  Enter your username and password, and click Continue
 
Procedure
1. Follow the steps in Menu Path to display the Donaldson Company Store page.

2. On the menu bar, click Image to display the Order Summary search page.

3. On the sub-menu bar, click Image to display the Shipment Summary search page.

4. Select or enter search criteria in the following fields:
• Search Parameter
• Search Method
• Search Value
 
5. Repeat step 4 for each known search value.
6. Click Image.
Results of the search appear in a table at the bottom of the Shipment Summary page.

7. In the Order Number column, click the number for the order you want to review.
The Details for Order page is displayed. This page displays the billing, shipping, and item information for the order. It also contains links to the Shipment Detail page, the Product Return Authorization form, and the Item Detail page

8. Click Image to display the Shipment Details page.

9. To see tracking information from the freight carrier's Web site, click the carrier's link in the Freight Carrier field.
If the carrier does not have a Web site that reports tracking information, the carrier code will not appear as a link.
Image Each freight carrier maintains and controls their own Web site. Problems with tracking information or the freight carrier's Web site should be reported to the freight carrier.

10. Click the Close Image button to close the freight carrier's Web page and return to Donaldson DYNAMIC and the Shipment Summary page.

11. You have completed this procedure. From this page, you may:
•  Click Image to save the data to another file for use in other applications.

•  Click Image to return to the Donaldson Company Store page.
•  Click Image to exit DYNAMIC and return to the Donaldson public Web site.
