Find Transaction summary and details
Purpose
Use this procedure to find and review the summary and details for any of your company's transactions (invoices, credit memos, debit memos) with Donaldson.
Menu Path
Use the following steps to access Donaldson DYNAMIC:
•  Navigate to the Donaldson DYNAMIC Sign in page
•  Enter your username and password, and click Continue
 
Procedure
1. Follow the steps in Menu Path to display the Donaldson Company Store page.

2. On the menu bar, click Image to display the Order Summary search page.

3. On the sub-menu bar, click Image to display the Transactions page.

4. Select or enter search criteria in the following fields:
Search Parameter
Search Method
Search Value
5. To search for orders based on date,
•  In the Start Date box, click Image and select the date where the search should begin.
•  In the End Date box, click Image and select the date where the search should end.
Image You may use date ranges as the only search criteria, or in addition to other known parameters.
6. Click Image .
Results of the search appear at the bottom of the Transactions page. Invoices and debit memos are displayed in the upper table; credit memos are displayed in the lower table.

7. The columns on this page provide links to other detail pages in DYNAMIC.

8. You have completed this procedure. From this page, you may:
•  Click Image to save the data to another file for use in other applications.
