View Balance Due for the Account
Purpose
Use this procedure to locate and review balance due information for your company's account.
Overview
Balance Due allows you to review summary aging information about your company's account, quickly seeing how much is currently owed.
When you click Balance Due on the menu bar, DYNAMIC automatically displays the Balance Due Summary page. This page contains links to the Bill-to location, invoices, credit memos, and detailed aging information. These links connect to other transaction information, such as invoice and debit memos.
Balance Due is a read-only function; you can review summary and detailed aging information, but not modify the data.
Menu Path
Use the following steps to access Donaldson DYNAMIC:
•  Navigate to the Donaldson DYNAMIC Sign in page
•  Enter your username and password, and click Continue
Procedure
1. Follow the steps in Menu Path to display the Donaldson Company Store page.

2. On the menu bar, click Image to display the Order Summary search page.

3. On the sub-menu bar, click Image.
This displays the Balance Due Summary page.

4. The columns on this page provide links to other detail pages in DYNAMIC. Select one of the following options to view more Balance Due detail.

5. You have completed this procedure. From this page, you may:
•  Click Image to save the data to another file for use in other applications.

•  Click Image to exit DYNAMIC and return to the Donaldson public Web site.
