DONALDSON MEMBRANES RANKS HIGH IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH INDUSTRIAL FILTRATION CUSTOMERS
INDEPENDENT, THIRD-PARTY SURVEY YIELDS POSITIVE RESULTS
IVYLAND, PA –Donaldson Membranes, the exclusive producer of Tetratex® ePTFE membranes and a division of Donaldson Company (NYSE:DCI), is pleased to report high customer satisfaction scores for its North American industrial filtration business in a recent, comprehensive survey conducted by Priority Metrics Group (PMG), an independent marketing consulting firm.
The PMG survey evaluated the performance of Donaldson Membranes’ industrial filtration business in seven general categories: product quality, customer service, sales representation, product line & development, product delivery, technical services, and overall value & satisfaction. Further, customers were asked to rank Donaldson on a scale of 1 (complete dissatisfaction) to 7.0 (complete satisfaction) on 26 specific performance attributes—including sales professionalism, adherence to specifications, quality of technical support, overall customer satisfaction, etc.—and to compare Donaldson’s performance to that of their best alternative suppliers.
The survey, which garnered participation from over 75% of industrial air filtration bagmakers based in North America, provided a positive performance evaluation for Donaldson—rating it significantly ahead of the best alternate suppliers in 22 of the 26 performance attributes. Further, Donaldson’s overall survey score measured 6.17, placing Donaldson Membranes’ industrial filtration survey in the top 10% of PMG’s normative database of customer satisfaction scores, drawn from the wealth of survey projects Priority Metrics has completed in industrial and business to business markets over the past 16 years.
