Vacuum Dehydrators
Donaldson Vacuum Dehydrators are designed to effectively remove particulate, water, and dissolved gases from petroleum and synthetically based fluids. Specific benefits of this system include:
- Removes 100% of free and emulsified water from oils and removes 90% of dissolved water from oils to as low as 20 ppm,
- Removes particulate to as low as ISO 12/10/9,
- Removes 90% of dissolved gases,
Available in flow rates from 1 – 200 gpm, as well as NEMA 4 and 7 explosion proof with custom options.

Coalescers
Donaldson Coalescers are designed to rapidly remove water and particulates from diesel fuel, fuel oil, and most other hydraulic/lubricating oils. Specific benefits of this system include:

LTC Transformer Filtration System
Designed to be bolted to a transformer, the Donaldson LTC Transformer Filtration System continuously removes particulate (carbon) and water contamination while maintaining high dielectric values. This Donaldson filtration solution is ideally suited for kidney loop filtration applications.

Bearing Lubrication System
Donaldson’s Bearing Lubrication System is designed to remove particulate and heat from bearing lube oils – increasing bearing life. Available with optional flow and temperature mounting devices, this system will achieve particulate removal from fluids to as low as ISO 12/10/9.

High Flow Filter Skids
Ideal for rapidly removing particulate contaminants from large reservoirs, this Donaldson system creates turbulent flows in piping for oil flushing and efficiently removes particulate contamination to as low as ISO 12/10/9 levels. Flow rates are available from from 50-2000 gpm. Additional options and quality feature are available to increase system capabilities.

Flushing Services
Qualified Donaldson technicians provide a turnkey flush for all pumps, heaters, hoses and filters and verify the results to required ISO cleanliness codes using Donaldson’s Portable Oil Analysis Kit.
