Ultrares PP-RES Spiral-Wound Resin Bonded
Ultrares PP-RES resin-bonded filter elements consist of spiral wound polyester fibers that have been impregnated with phenolic resin. PP-RES elements are suitable for a wide range of applications and offer high dirt-holding capacity in nominal efficiency ratings from 3 to 125 micron.


Ultramesh P-SM Stainless Steel Mesh
Designed for cost effective filtration of both liquids and gases, the Ultramesh P-SM is constructed of 304 stainless steel mesh supported by an inner core of the same material. Elements are available with absolute retention rates from 5 to 250 micron, and can be regenerated with an ultrasonic bath or in-line via back-flush. In addition, P-SM elements have a broad operating temperature range of -60ºF to 400ºF.


Ultrafiber PP-FC Melt Blown Polypropylene
Ultrafiber PP-FC depth filters are an exceptional value for general applications where long life, high purity and low change-out frequency are required. PP-FC filter elements are made with a patented melt blown polypropylene microfiber technology, and meet FDA requirements for food contact in accordance with CFR Title 21. They provide high dirt-holding capacity and are available in ratings from 1 to 75 micron.


Ultrex P-GS Sintered Stainless Steel
Perhaps our most versatile filter, the Ultrex P-GS element is suitable for use in filtering steam, gases and liquids. The element body is a weldless tube of sintered stainless steel between stainless steel end caps. Particle retention rates of 1, 5 and 25 micron are available, and P-GS elements can be regenerated many times. The high porosity level of the P-GS element gives it a high dirt-holding capacity and a low pressure drop. P-GS filter elements have a broad operating temperature range of -4ºF to 410ºF.

Ultrapolyplea PP Pleated Polypropylene
The Ultrapolyplea PP filter element is constructed entirely of polypropylene, including the pleated filter media, end caps and support cage, giving it a wide range of chemical compatibility. Nominal retention rates are available from 0.2 to 30 micron. The elements contain no binders or adhesives and meet FDA requirements for food contact in accordance with CFR Title 21. PP elements are an economical pre-filter for gases and liquids.

Ultrapolyplea PP100 Pleated Polypropylene
The Ultrapolyplea PP100 filter element is constructed entirely of polypropylene, including the pleated filter media, end caps and support cage, giving it a wide range of chemical compatibility. Absolute retention rates are available from 0.45 to 40 micron. The elements contain no binders or adhesives and meet FDA requirements for food contact in accordance with CFR Title 21. PP100 filter elements can be sterilized in-line with steam or in an autoclave.

Ultrasulfomem PF-PES Polyethersulfone Membrane
Constructed with hydrophilic polyethersulfone membranes, Ultrasulfomem PF-PES filters exhibit enhanced throughput and reliable particle retention from 0.04 to 0.65 micron. PF-PES filters are compatible with a broad range of chemicals and pH extremes, making them suitable for a variety of beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical applications. PF-PES filters do not contain any adhesives or additives and meet FDA requirements for food contact.

Ultrateflomem PF-PT Teflon® Membrane
Our Ultrateflomem PF-PT filter utilizes a Teflon membrane media for absolute retention rates of 0.1 to 1 micron. PF-PT elements are compatible with a wide range of chemicals, including highly aggressive liquids and gases, and meet FDA requirements for food contact in accordance with CFR Title 21. The elements can be sterilized in-line with steam or in an autoclave, and offer long service life with low pressure drop.

Ultranylomem PP-P66 Nylon 66 Membrane
Ultranylomem PP-P66 filter elements utilize a layered Nylon 66 membrane design that incorporates a large pore-size membrane upstream of the final membrane layer. With the upstream layer acting as a prefilter for the downstream layer, filter life is extended while maintaining consistent final filtration retention characteristics. Absolute retention rates of 0.1 to 1 micron are available. PP-P66 filters meet FDA requirement for food contact in accordance with CFR Title 21.


Ultrapolymem PF-PP Polypropylene Membrane
Made from 100% polypropylene, the Ultrapolymem PF-PP membrane filter element is an economical alternative to more expensive PTFE filters. PF-PP elements have a broad range of chemical compatibility with absolute filtration rates of 0.04, 0.1 and 0.2 micron. All components meet FDA requirements for food contact in accordance with CFR Title 21, and the elements can be sterilized in-line with steam or in an autoclave.
