MINNEAPOLIS, August 12 -- Donaldson Company (NYSE:DCI), a leading, worldwide manufacturer of compressed air purification equipment and process filters, offers the Donaldson Process Sterile Air Filter Elements (P-SRF N), a pleated depth sterile air filter element used for sterile filtration of compressed air, process air, technical gases and vent applications. With a retention rate of >99.99998 percent related to 0.2μ and >99.999998 percent related to 0.02μ, the P-SRF N filter element ensures safe and sterile filtration of process gases.

Donaldson P-SRF N pleated depth sterile air filter elements are available in 13 sizes with different connection options that meet virtually all air purification application requirements. Manufactured with high-quality stainless steel construction, these filter elements ensure excellent mechanical stability, thermal resistance up to 329°F, more than 150 sterilization cycles possible at specific conditions, and is suited for Vapor Phase Hydrogen Peroxide (VPHP) sterilization. Other benefits include:

  • All components meet FDA requirements for contact with food in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), title 21;
  • Large void volume of 95 percent, is chemically inert and developed specifically for the removal of contaminating bacteria and viruses;

  • Validated retention of bacteria and viruses provides high safety for aseptic applications in all industries; and
