If your Donaldson part number follows the format PXXXXXX-YYY-ZZZ, proceed to step 2. If your Donaldson part number does not follow this format, click here for your labeling requirements.
Locate your three digit pack code number.
a. Your pack code is part of your Donaldson part number. For example, in part number P123456-123-456:
i. P123456 is the base part number
ii. 123 is the paint code
iii. 456 is the pack code
The Donaldson customer name is located to the right of the pack code number. Once you know the Donaldson customer name, scroll through the bookmarks on the left side of the page until you have located the Donaldson customer name.
Click on the Donaldson customer name. This will take you to the pack codes associated with that particular customer.
Scroll through the list of pack codes until you locate the pack code number.
Option 2:
Select the search tool located either in the edit pull down menu or by selecting the binocular icon on the toolbar.
Enter pack code number and click on search.
Select the pack code in the results screen.
Step 2:
Under "Labeling Requirements" heading in the pack code description, if there is a format label number (ex. format label # P12345) listed you will have to locate that number in the link of label numbers. The format label is an example of what information is required on the label. To understand what the base decorative label looks like, click on the link to your specific format label number and locate base label number in the lower left quadrant of the format label document. You will see a number followed by text that reads base label. Find base label number in list of the label part numbers.
