Routing instructions are available online at www.donaldsonrouting.com or by contacting Donaldson Company Inc. Transportation Services via email at grppotransportation@donaldson.com or by phone 952-887-3926. Exceptions to these instructions must be approved in writing by Donaldson Company Inc. Transportation Services a minimum of 48 hours prior to ship date.
Any deviation from these instructions without prior written approval from Donaldson Company Inc. Transportation Services will result in a charge back to the supplier for 100% of the freight charge plus a $100 administrative fee.
Premium Freight
The use of a transportation mode which is more costly than the standard mode of transportation will be considered premium freight. This includes charter, courier, air, expedited parcel, dedicated transportation including the use of dedicated team drivers, etc.
The party causing the use of premium freight is responsible for the charges. Accordingly, late suppliers will have the option to use their choice of carrier, ship prepaid and absorb the cost, or have Donaldson Company Inc. Transportation Services arrange shipping and debit the Supplier back for the freight charges incurred. All premium freight must be approved in advance of shipment by Donaldson Company Inc.
