How to do Financial Inquiry with Order Tracker
The Order Tracker menu contains all the functions related to financials including Payment, Transactions (Invoices and Credit Memos), and Balance Due.
The Payment Summary search screen enter various search parameters in the first, second and third column list of value drop downs, including:

First column:
- Payment Number
- Type
- Payment Amount
|
Second column:
- Ends With
- Greater Than
- Is
- Less Than
- Is Not
- Contains
- Starts With
|
Third column:
- Specific data searching for
|
There is also the option to search by Receipt Date using the Start Date and End Date fields and helpful calendar pop-ups to the right of each field.
Click Search.
A Payment Summary screen with data matching your search criteria will appear.
You can query on invoices and credit memos using the Transactions sub menu from Order Tracker.
There are several ways to search for a transaction. In the Transactions search page, enter various search parameters in the first, second and third column list of value drop downs, including:

First column:
- Transaction Number
- Type
- PO Number
- Amount Due
- Waybill Number
- Order Number

Second column:
- Ends With
- Greater Than
- Is
- Less Than
- Is Not
- Contains
- Starts With
|
Third column:
- Specific data you are searching for
|
There are also two date search option on the Transaction search page. The first is by Due Date and the second is by Transaction Date. Both can be done using the Start Date and End Date fields and helpful calendar pop-ups to the right of each field.
Then click Search.
The Invoice/Debit Memos and Credit Memo matching your search criteria will be displayed.
