How to do Order Inquiry with Order Tracker
The Order Tracker menu contains all the functions related to orders including Orders, Shipments, Back Orders, and Annual Returns. It also contains Financial Query functions that will be discussed later.
The Orders sub menu of Order Tracker can be used to review a customer order status.
There are several ways to search for an order. In the Order Summary Search page, enter various search parameters in the first, second and third column list of value drop downs, including:

First column:
- PO Number
- Order Number
- Order Status
- Ship-To Address
- Ship-To State
|
Second column:
- Ends With
- Greater Than
- Is
- Less Than
- Is Not
- Contains
- Starts With
|
Third column:
- Specific data you are searching for.

There is also the option to search by Date Ordered using the Start Date and End Date fields and helpful calendar pop-ups to the right of each field.
Then click Search.
The Order Summary will be displayed with PO Number, Order Number, Date Ordered, Order Status, Currency, Order Total, Credit Hold, Other Hold, Shipments, and Invoices columns. Links (noted in blue and underlined) are available to the Order Summary, Shipment Details, and Invoices Summary screens.
Clicking on the Order Number link will bring up the Order Details page with details on the Order, Billing and Shipments on the top as well as each line item on the order on the bottom of the page. Buttons for Returns and Shipments are also provided.
