How to Place an Order with the Shopping Cart

The new DYNAMIC makes it easier to place orders with the Shopping Cart which has sub menus of Active Cart, Saved Lists, Saved Carts, Direct Item Entry, and Off Line Order.

The Active Cart contains items added to the cart but not yet ordered. Items can be added to the Active Cart from Cross Reference search results, Product Details page, Direct Item Entry, and an Off Line Order.

The Saved Lists contain lists of Part Numbers and Quantities saved from a previous shopping carts and can be pulled into a future order.

The Saved Carts contain carts of Part Numbers, Quantities, and Prices saved from a previous shopping cart and must be pulled into an active cart for viewing.

The Direct Item Entry screen allows for entry of parts by Part Number and Quantity (see next slide).

The Off Line Order allows you to import a large number of items from an Excel spreadsheet into an Active Cart.

Direct Item Entry

Direct Item Entry

Direct Item Entry can be used for entering Donaldson or competitor Part Numbers and quantities and then adding to a cart. Note: A Ship-to Address must be selected before being allowed to enter items on the Direct Item Entry screen.
