How to Track Shipments with Order Tracker

Shipments made on an order can be traced using the Shipments sub menu in Order Tracker.
There are several ways to search for a shipment. In the Shipments Summary Search page, enter various search parameters in the first, second and third column list of value drop downs, including:

First column:
- PO Number
- Waybill
- Bill of Lading
|
Second column:
- Ends With
- Greater Than
- Is
- Less Than
- Is Not
- Contains
- Starts With
|
Third column:
- Specific data you are searching for.
|
Then click Search.

The Shipment Details matching your search criteria will be displayed. If the Freight Carrier has a web site for tracking of shipments, a link will be provided to their site.

By clicking on the Freight Carrier link you can view the shipments made on an order. This is an example of the Tracking Summary on the UPS site.

You can query on your back orders using the Back Orders sub menu of Order Tracker.
There are several ways to search for a back order. In the Back Order Summary search page, enter various search parameters in the first, second and third column list of value drop downs, including:

- PO Number
- Item Number
- Ship To Company
- Ship To City
- Ship To State
- Ship To Province
|
Second column:
- Ends With
- Greater Than
- Is
- Less Than
- Is Not
- Contains
- Starts With
|
Third column:
- Specific data you are searching for

Then click Search.
The Back Order Summary matching your search criteria will be displayed as shown at the bottom of this slide.

You can make an annual returns request using the Annual Returns Request sub menu of Order Tracker.
