Under Pressure: Edge Cases for Battery Pack Vents

Battery packs, inverters, and other enclosures may experience edge cases in their operating cycles that could lead to severe over-pressurization and vacuum conditions if not accounted for appropriately. With properly designed venting solutions, enclosures can be optimized for weight, cost, and manufacturability, while keeping the application-specific needs top of mind in the design phase. In this presentation, our product manager Shane Campbell will walk through several of these edge cases, and discuss the use of venting solutions.
