Being committed to making a difference, Donaldson Company and our employees support the Greater Twin Cities United Way to create lasting change for those most in need. Last year we donated more than $540,000 between employee pledges, special events, and our company match.

Being committed to making a difference, Donaldson Company and our employees host an annual Merit Badge Madness Event for Twin Cities Scouts. The male and female scouts get to work with subject matter experts, learn a great deal of information and have a lot of fun. Donaldson usually offers merit badge opportunities in chemistry, composite materials, drafting, electricity, engineering, graphic arts, inventing, law, metalworking, pulp and paper, truck transportation and welding.

Being committed to making a difference, Donaldson Company and our employees support the four-part Science Fusion series at the Science Museum of Minnesota. The event series brings area scientific and educational professionals to the museum to connect with kids, teens and adults from the region. In conjunction, four Minnesota students who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in or passion for a STEM discipline are formally recognized and awarded the Donaldson STEM Award.

Being committed to making a difference, Donaldson Company and our employees support Memorial Blood Centers, annually donating over 450 units of blood through 5 drives. We hope this video empowers you to consider being a lifesaver.
