Donaldson’s recruiting activities and programs are designed to attract, hire and retain a diverse team of well-qualified employees. Employee performances and needs are reviewed annually, as part of a talent planning process, ensuring that every Donaldson team member has the opportunity to succeed and advance with our company.
We are interested in enhancing your experience at Donaldson; our individual and group mentoring programs help guide and support employees as they advance in their careers.
Our leadership development programs are designed to coach and develop current and future Donaldson leaders so they, in turn, can effectively guide and lead their colleagues. Program participants have shared: "The 3-day leadership development program (Leading Talent) was Fantastic!" and "Officers sharing their personal and leadership journeys was very powerful." It's just another way you can let your talent take you places.
Donaldson participates in outreach and fundraising efforts for numerous organizations focused on diversity, such as Women Ventures, Minnesota Computers for Schools and The American Indian College Fund, but by far the most popular is the Science Museum of Minnesota’s Science Fusion event, focusing on the accomplishments of STEM professionals and educators from African American, American Indian, Latino and Hispanic, and Asian American communities.
