Every year, Donaldson Company employees work with their managers to create a customized Individual Development Plan (IDP). This process starts with the employee’s career and/or developmental goals. Then the employee and their manager identify the actions needed to best leverage and support the person’s strengths and development needs.
Donaldson Company sponsors individual and group mentoring programs to encourage and support the learning and growth of our people. Oftentimes, employees and mentor partner relationships continue long after the formal mentoring program has ended.
We financially assist those employees who wish to pursue additional degrees and certifications while working at Donaldson. Whether employees are pursuing a job-related bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree, we help support these efforts through our tuition cost sharing program.
