Customized Heads Can Be Designed for Your Specific System Needs

If your application requires a head that’s a little more specific than our basic options, we can develop a custom head with our proprietary fit assembly options. Donaldson offers a variety of custom head configurations, including customized porting options, complete manifold, valves, and controls, which will vary depending upon your application and machine requirements.

All three of these systems are also configured with Donaldson media, including our advanced, proprietary technologies, like Synteq™ or Alpha-Web™ media.

Custom Bowl and Cartridge Solutions

Our FLK system has a robust reusable aluminum housing with a disposable filter cartridge and other innovative features that allow cleaner, easier filter servicing.

Cleanliness is at the heart of Duramax® G3 assemblies, starting with the manufacturing process right through to installation and replacement. Integrating cleanliness at every stage of the Duramax G3 life cycle means exceptional protection for your applications.

Custom In-tank Solutions

Our SRK in-tank mounted suction and return assemblies uses an integrated main flow and by-pass flow filtration system. This patented assembly design is capable of delivering filtered and pressurized oil, even in by-pass situations. The filter head design offers a design advantage when space is limited.
