Low-Pressure Spin-On Assemblies

As the most common type of filter in hydraulic circuits, low-pressure filters are used most often in return line applications. In-tank and in-line configurations are also available to accommodate virtually any application.

Medium-Pressure Spin-on Assemblies

Our medium-pressure filters are rated for maximum operating pressures between 24–138 bar / 350–2,000 psi. For proven, reliable, long-lived, and easy-to-install filters, Donaldson Duramax® filters are the answer. In fact, they are the highest-rated medium pressure spin-on filters available. Our Duramax G3 series provides exceptional cleanliness and application protection.

Duramax® Generation 3 Assemblies

If we could only use one word to describe Duramax G3, it would be clean. From day 1 of manufacturing to shipping, to filter installation and replacement, Duramax G3 emanates cleanliness at every stage of the lifecycle, giving exceptional application protection. Your spare parts retention can also be secured with Duramax G3 as it combines proven technologies with proprietary features. Typical Duramax G3 applications include powershift transmissions, pumps, hydrostatic charge filtration pilot circuits, mid-pressure kidney loops, and return lines with cold start spikes.

Original HMK Duramax® Assemblies

Duramax HMK series spin-on filters offer proven performance in medium-pressure applications. Their simple interface and easy-to-integrate design make them an ideal choice for a broad range of machinery applications. They are physically smaller than the traditional bowl and cartridge filter assemblies and still offer nearly twice the capacity of competitive filters.

To eliminate leakage, the Duramax HMK series features a die-cast aluminum head and a unique RadialSeal™ O-ring gasket design. The HMK Series assemblies are available in the original single-head and filter options (HMK03, HMK04, and HMK05) as well as dual-heads and filters (HMK24 and HMK25).

A full range of media options are available using the exclusive Donaldson Synteq™ synthetic media designed especially for liquid filtration. You can also select the exact indicator types and by-pass options to suit your application, plus take advantage of the Donaldson mix and match system of in-stock heads, housings, and media choices, so you can get exactly what you need.
