Overview
The SG-C cyclone separator is designed to remove droplets and aerosols from air and gases in various industrial applications. Its optimized housing with swirl vanes allows low pressure drop while maintaining high flow rates. Using centrifugal force, the separator directs droplets and aerosols to the housing wall, where they collect in the filter bowl.
For enhanced functionality, the SG-C Superplus version includes an electronically controlled UFM-D zero-loss condensate drain. A ball valve between the drain and housing allows for easy maintenance.
This series offers six housing sizes, supporting volume flows from 1,650 to 11,000 m³/h (971 to 6,470 scfm) at 7 bar(g) / 100 psig. The SG-C complies with European Directive 2014/68/EU for pressure vessels.
