Application Process

Step 1: Vacancies and CV Submission

Visit and follow our LinkedIn page to see the latest position vacancies as they become available.

Step 2: Application Review

Candidate CV’s are reviewed after applications have closed for the vacancy. Our recruitment team will contact candidates selected to progress to the interview stage of the recruitment process via telephone to set up a date and time that is suitable for you to come for an interview.


Step 3: Candidate Interview

Be prepared to share your work background, accomplishments, and a bit about yourself. Make sure you arrive with plenty of time to prepare yourself for your interview; you made it this far and Donaldson wants to meet with you.


Step 4: Successful Candidates

If you are selected as the successful candidate, you will receive a letter of offer and onboarding documentation. If you are not selected for the position, our recruitment team will notify you as soon as possible.
