Donaldson offer attractive financial compensation packages that may include both base and variable pay elements. Base pay applies to all employees; variable pay is available to eligible employees.

Base Pay
All employees have a level of base pay that is aligned with the market for their particular position. Employees’ are recognized for their contributions through regularly scheduled merit increases.

Annual Incentives
In select positions, such as sales, incentive pay recognizes and rewards individuals based on attainment of results compared to annual sales, profitability and other metrics.

Sales Bonuses
For employees in these roles, incentive plans may be a significant portion of their total compensation.
