Many products require a finishing process using wet or dry paint spraying techniques. Where practical, Donaldson advocates “source collection” designs in sieving applications integrating the dust collector near to the point of dust creation. This way less ductwork and fewer discharge systems are needed which leads to lower purchase costs and lower energy consumption.
