Overview

The Donaldson PowerCore® 4x4 air cleaner housing and filter kit delivers quality, reliable filtration and support, even for the toughest off road adventures. Designed for Toyota® Landcruiser® 200 Series diesel engines, the XLC200K is a robust compact replacement airbox equipped with everything you need to protect your vehicle from contaminants that can cause damage to your engine.

Our PowerCore® 4x4 air cleaner combines high-efficiency filtration into a single, compact unit, delivering superior protection and performance. The PowerCore® 4x4 air cleaner housing and filter kit enhances your vehicle's cold air intake and delivers superior filtration efficiency without compromising on performance.

Ultra-Web® fine fibers have sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces, which result in more contaminant being captured on the surface, promoting lower restriction and long filter life.

PowerCore® filters feature a unique corrugated flute construction with a straight-through airflow path. With three times the effective filtration area compared to OEM panel filters, they deliver over 30% lower initial restriction at same airflows.

Our Ultra-Web media offers a higher initial efficiency vs. standard cellulose filters, has very high efficiency throughout a filter's life, and provides excellent engine protection from sub-micron particulate. It also offers a very high dust-holding capacity for extended filter life.

Note:

Lexus applications need to remove the plastic shroud cover above the Airbox.

For ULP models, check the clamp sealing between housing outlet and intake pipe as this dimension differs slightly to diesel platforms. It is recommended to use a T-bolt clamp to maintain an adequate critical seal (P148342 T-bolt clamp sold separately). It is recommended to remove the small rubber nodules on the intake pipe hose clamp area to give a complete flat surface before fitting the T-bolt clamp.
