Engineered for applications up to 16 bar, these dryers provide a robust and efficient system for achieving low pressure dewpoints even in the most challenging conditions.
The heatless regenerated unit’s drying process is based on the adsorption of water molecules out of the gas stream using hygroscopic desiccant materials enabling pressure dewpoints of -40°C at 7 bar. Oil vapor and other hydrocarbons are then removed from the stream via an activated carbon adsorber. The system includes two pre-filters and an after-filter for added purification.
Constructed with steel, the pressure vessels and pipe system utilize a press-fit design and include long-life shuttle valves and solenoid membrane valves for added reliability and ease of maintenance.
