Overview
We offer two portable oil carts for in-plant machinery or mobile equipment to achieve and maintain the ISO cleanliness standard of your fluids.
B.O.S.S. - Bulk Oil Service System
The B.O.S.S. offers high performance oil filtration on a self-contained and easy to move wheeled cart.
The dual filter head comes fitted (as standard) with two 25 microns @Beta2000 spin-on filters for cold and heavier fluids. For lighter fluids, you have the option of two 7 microns @ Beta2000 spin-on filters. Alternatively, a pair of water absorbing filters can be used to remove moisture. This head is ported to run in parallel for high flow capacity and should always be fitted with two filters of the same rating.
B.O.S.S. Lite - Bulk Oil Service System
The B.O.S.S. Lite is a light weight, portable, high performance oil filtration solution.
The single non-bypass head is supplied with a 14 microns @b2000 Bulk hP spin-on filter, for cold or heavy oils. Alternative 4 microns and 8 microns filters are available for applications with lighter fluids.

Service
Service filter when flow slows or predetermined differential pressure is reached (varies based on pump spec, system pressure drop and clean filter pressure drop).
- Isolate filter and relieve pressure prior to servicing
- Loosen filter by rotating counter-clockwise using strap-wrench
- Install clean filter by rotating clockwise, tighten 1/2 turn after filter seats in gasket
- Dispose of used filter appropriately
