Governmental regulations across the globe are being implemented that reduce these emissions. Crankcase Filtration

No Maintenance.
Donaldson diesel multi-stage Filter (DMF) Mufflers use a two-stage metallic filter to trap and reduce diesel particulate matter by over 70%. The filter reduces PM, HC and CO, while minimizing NO2 emissions (<20% increase).

For the greatest PM reduction solution,
we recommend retrofitting your engine with a DPF Muffler or LTF Muffler and a Spiracle filtration system - reducing PM emissions by more than 90%. Complete retrofit kits, including installation hardware, are available.

DPF Cleaning Systems
DPFs require routine cleaning to remove ash that builds up over time. The Donaldson filter cleaning systems will save you the expense of an outside DPF cleaning service. Two systems are available: DPF Pulse Cleaner and our DPF Thermal Regenerator
