Whether it’s a standard assembly or a customized configuration, Donaldson offers multiple lube filtration assemblies and filters to help OEMs build optimized lube systems. Check out our options below to find the filtration system that best matches the flow requirements and design and mounting features of your engine. If you can’t find the ideal assembly, our application engineers will work with you to build the perfect setup.
There are generally two different OEMs: those who manufacture their own engines and those who purchase engines from other suppliers. For OEMs who manufacture their own engines, we recognize that most of the time you’re looking for the lube filter that provides the highest level of protection for your equipment. You have a performance specification that you need to meet and you want to incorporate intellectual property (IP) so that you can ensure component quality and consistent equipment performance. If you’re an OEM who buys engines, you're often looking for an OE branded service part to offer to your service network.
We offer both full-flow and bypass filter assemblies in standard size configurations for use in a variety of lube systems. Our standard lube filtration assemblies range from 93 to 118 mm.
We also have extensive experience in designing custom lube filtration systems for a wide range of unique applications. We offer a full range of spin-ons and cartridges, including 76 mm, 80 mm, 108 mm, and 136 mm with full-flow or bypass options.

The filter selection charts in our catalog list the separate filters that fit the same head assembly – these differ by length and filter performance. Choices are presented by maximum flow rate requirements and level of filtration efficiency. See the Resources section for further details.
