Donaldson Completes Acquisition of Facet Filtration

With more than 80 years of experience, Facet is a globally respected company in fuel and fluid filtration solutions for highly demanding applications. The business brings together over 230 dedicated employees across seven countries and serves customers primarily in Aerospace and Defense, Power Generation, and Hydraulics. Donaldson and Facet are united by a shared ambition to deliver innovative, high quality filtration products supported by outstanding service.
