Community Involvement
Donaldson is committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work. Through the Donaldson Foundation and international donations, Donaldson gave $1.79 million to community support in FY25. Employees also share their time, resources, and talents to impact the world positively, from food drives to planting trees and supporting youth and elderly programs to riding in the MS150 bike race.

Bridging

Many teams from Donaldson headquarters volunteer at Bridging, a nonprofit based in Minnesota that is focused on furnishing homes with hope. There is also an annual challenge where departments compete to be the top fundraiser. This year’s campaign saw more than 1,700 bath towels donated and $28,000 raised.
