These filters are designed to support safe and dependable filtration in extreme operating conditions — helping you maintain uptime, protect equipment, and meet process requirements. Available in a wide variety of materials and configurations, these filter bags can be used in Donaldson and non-Donaldson baghouse dust collectors.

Built for Harsh Conditions

Donaldson specialty bag filters are crafted with advanced materials, including PTFE membranes, aramid, P-84® felt media, and PPS/Ryton® filter media. The filters are constructed from these different needle felt media or from PTFE membrane laminated to various media.

The filters are engineered for use in pulse-jet baghouse systems, with heat-seam or stitched construction for added durability. A range of configuration options allows for a tailored fit across different collector models and industries.

Tetratex® PTFE Fabric Collector Bags

For high-efficiency filtration with chemical resistance

Tetratex® media features a PTFE membrane laminated to various substrates, offering dependable filtration in chemically aggressive or high-humidity environments. Suitable for continuous use up to 135°C / 275°F.
