Overview
Mist generated during machining operations can impact the performance of equipment and processes. Donaldson's Dryflo® Mist Collector Filters are designed for use in systems that manage mist produced by straight oils, mineral oils, water-soluble coolants, and synthetic or semi-synthetic fluids. These filters are available for use in both Donaldson and non-Donaldson mist collection equipment.
Dryflo® filters are built with multiple layers of proprietary filtration media and are available in a variety of sizes to support a wide range of airflow capacities and application needs.
Dryflo® mist collector filters are cartridge-style elements engineered to help manage mist created during wet machining processes. The filters incorporate two layers of proprietary unique synthetic media designed for applications involving:
- Straight oils
- Mineral oils
- Water-soluble coolants
- Synthetic and semi-synthetic fluids
These filters are used in many types of mist collection equipment and can be applied across a variety of metalworking environments.
