Donaldson’s steam distribution manifolds are designed for the purification of culinary steam filtration and process steam filtration, delivering low differential pressure at high flow rates. Constructed as 316 stainless steel steam manifolds, they’re suitable for use in both new and existing systems—anywhere Donaldson steam filters are used today.

All-In-One Steam Solution

Our steam manifolds provide a comprehensive, ready-to-install solution—eliminating the need to source individual components. Alongside the steam filter and steam housing assembly, each unit includes condensate traps, lockable isolation valves, and upstream and downstream pressure gauges.

Culinary Steam Manifolds

Donaldson’s culinary steam manifolds are specifically engineered for direct food contact steam applications. These solutions meet 3-A Accepted Practices and include sanitary check valves and sampling valves to incorporate all required components. The result is contaminant-free, clean steam suitable for use in direct contact with food products or product-contact surfaces.

Process Steam Manifolds

Designed for non-food contact environments, our process steam manifolds deliver consistent steam quality to support energy transfer applications like heating and temperature control. These industrial steam filters and manifold systems help improve equipment performance and extend the life of downstream heat transfer systems.
