Overview
Some dust collection environments demand more than standard filtration. High temperatures, chemical exposure, and demanding process conditions require filter bags that are engineered for resilience and consistency. That’s where Donaldson’s specialty performance bag filters come in.
These filters are designed to support safe and dependable filtration in extreme operating conditions — helping you maintain uptime, protect equipment, and meet process requirements. Available in a wide variety of materials and configurations, these filter bags can be used in Donaldson and non-Donaldson baghouse dust collectors.
Built for Harsh Conditions
Donaldson specialty bag filters are crafted with advanced materials, including PTFE membranes, aramid, P-84® felt media, and PPS/Ryton® filter media. The filters are constructed from these different needle felt media or from PTFE membrane laminated to various media.
The filters are engineered for use in pulse-jet baghouse systems, with heat-seam or stitched construction for added durability. A range of configuration options allows for a tailored fit across different collector models and industries.
