Donaldson's Panel Filters are designed to meet the diverse needs of industrial dust, fume, and mist collection systems. Constructed with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames and superior filter media, these filters are engineered to support efficient operation and maintenance. Equipped with built-in handles, they facilitate easier handling during installation and replacement processes.
Our panel filters are available in two primary efficiency ratings to accommodate various application requirements:
HEPA Panel Filters
These filters offer a filtration efficiency of 99.97% on 0.3-micron particles, emitting only three 0.3-micron particles per 10,000 particles. They are suitable for applications where the exhaust airstream is near the breathing zone, in lighter loading scenarios, or where visible emissions are unacceptable.
95% DOP Panel Filters
With a filtration efficiency of 95% on 0.3-micron particles (emitting 500 0.3-micron particles per 10,000 particles), these filters are ideal for heavy loading applications where the exhaust airstream is not near the breathing zone or where 95% DOP level filtration is specified.

- High-Density Urethane Gaskets and Sealed Corners: The filters feature interlocking and sealed dovetail corners for a reliable seal. The single gasket design allows for flexible installation, with the gasket positioned either upstream or downstream, depending on the application.
- Built-In Handles: Integrated handles facilitate easy maintenance and handling during filter changes.
- Lightweight Aluminum Frame: The aluminum construction provides inherent corrosion resistance and resists swelling in moist conditions. It is also lighter than wood board, galvanized, or stainless-steel frames, aiding in easy installation and maintenance.
- Expanded Metal Liners: These liners reinforce the frame's squareness and rigidity, protecting the filter media from potential damage.
- Proven Separator Pack Design: This design creates uniform flow channels so that every pleat has positive separation, which contributes to consistent filter performance.
- Innovative Filter Media: Our HEPA and 95% DOP filter media are made from premium, non-glass fiber materials, providing excellent media strength and oil loading capabilities.
- Urethane Potting Compound: The media pack is securely attached to the frame interior using a urethane potting compound for structural integrity and durability.
