Donaldson’s high-quality removable filter housing heaters, in the form of thermal jackets engineered for P-EG filter housings, provide insulation to minimize heat loss, improve workplace safety, and reduce energy costs.

These jackets are precisely crafted using CAD and CNC techniques for an exact fit, ensuring optimal thermal protection and easy maintenance.

Additionally, Donaldson's condensate float drains are compatible with P-EG and PG-EG filter housings, offering a reliable and cost-effective solution for removing condensate buildup in process lines.

Housing Jackets

Donaldson steam filtration accessories include steam housing jackets specially crafted for Donaldson P-EG housings to protect from high temperatures generated by steam. These removable filter housing heaters provide insulation that improves the work environment and saves energy in high temperature steam applications.
Housing jackets also insulate housings from cooler temperatures and reduce energy costs.

The jackets are CAD and CNC produced for exact fit and finish to maximize thermal protection and minimize potential heat loss. All jackets are tagged for identification and include an integral fastener for easy on and off service and inspection.

Float Drains

Donaldson condensate float drains are designed for use on our P-EG/PG-EG filter housings and offer a reliable and cost-effective method for removing liquid build-up in process lines. As part of our comprehensive range of steam filtration accessories, these drains help maintain system efficiency and performance.

The kits include a stainless steel, free-floating lever drain as well as components to assemble with our P-EG housing. The float drain includes a hemispherical valve, seat, lever, and guidepost that ensure a positive and leak-free seal under all conditions. While commonly used alongside removable filter housing heaters such as our thermal jackets, these float drains operate independently and require no electricity.
