Oilfreepac™ Smart Dryer Package
Compact Oil-Free Purification
The Oilfreepac™ Smart dryer package is based on UltrapacTM smart dryer technology and combines a heatless adsorption dryer, UltraPleat™ filtration technology, and an integrated activated carbon adsorber to provide dry, oil-free compressed air in a compact, all-in-one system. It is available in flow ranges from 5 to 100 m³/h (3 to 59 scfm).

Oilfreepac™ HL-OFP Dryer Package
High-Capacity Oil-Free Drying for Challenging Conditions
The Oilfreepac™ HL-OFP dryer is designed for reliable oil-free drying and purification, even in demanding environments with high temperatures and humidity. With working pressures up to 16 bar, it combines a heatless adsorption dryer and integrated activated carbon adsorber to support critical applications in flow ranges from 100 to 1,000 m³/h (60 to 600 scfm).

The Ultrasorp AKC Smart carbon adsorber removes oil vapors, hydrocarbons, and odors using highly efficient activated carbon cartridges. Its modular design allows for easy installation as a standalone or system-integrated solution. It is available in flow ranges from 5 to 100 m³/h (3 to 59 scfm).

High Capacity Activated Carbon Adsorber
The Ultrasorp AKC carbon adsorber is engineered for reliable removal of oil vapors, hydrocarbons, and odors in industrial compressed air systems. With capacities up to 8,750 m³/h (5,150 scfm), it is well suited for larger-scale operations.

DF-T Filter Elements
Triple-Function Filter for Oil-Free Purification in Compact Spaces
The DF-T filter combines a coalescing filter, activated carbon adsorber, and particle filter in one compact housing. Depending on operating conditions, the three-stage purification system can be used to comply with purity class 1 according to ISO 8573-1:2010.
