Overview
Donaldson ACB carbon block filter cartridges are designed to efficiently reduce treatment chemicals—such as chlorine—that may affect the taste and odor of processed water. If not properly removed, chlorine and similar compounds can negatively impact the final product in food and beverage, chemical, and potable water applications.
The carbon block water filter cartridge design helps eliminate the risk of water channeling, which can occur with granular or loose carbon filters. This block construction also minimizes the release of carbon fines, making it a cleaner and more consistent solution compared to traditional loose media filters.
