LifeTec™ P-SRF C Sterile Filter Elements

The Donaldson LifeTec™ P-SRF C sterile filter element offers premier performance in compressed air and technical gas filtration applications within the processed food and beverage industry.

The LifeTec™ P-SRF C filter element meets or exceeds sterility requirements for food and beverage sectors such as dairy, food ingredients, and alcoholic beverages. Its stainless steel filter cartridge construction delivers excellent performance in some of the most demanding applications. The depth air filter media is non-fiber releasing and complies with FDA requirements (Food and Drug Administration Title 21 CFR 211.72 latest edition) and (EC) No. 1935/2004 for indirect food contact use.

Features

  • Developed for the sterile filtration of compressed air and gases in critical processed food and beverage applications
  • Capable of a log reduction value (LRV) of 9 at 0.2 and 0.02 microns, and a LRV of 10 at 0.003 microns, as verified in a DIN EN 1822 adopted test.

LifeTec™ P-SRF V Sterile Filter Elements

The LifeTec™ P-SRF V filter element meets or exceeds sterility requirements for food and beverage industries such as dairy, food ingredients, and alcoholic beverages. Its stainless steel filter cartridge construction is designed for durability and effective performance in demanding applications.

The depth filter media is non-fiber releasing and complies with FDA requirements (Food and Drug Administration Title 21 CFR 211.72 latest edition) and (EC) No. 1935/2004 for indirect food contact use.

Features

  • Capable of a log reduction value (LRV) of 9 at 0.2 and 0.02 microns, and a LRV of 10 at 0.003 microns, as verified in a DIN EN 1822 adopted test.
  • Developed for the sterile filtration of air and gases in venting applications where CIP reagents are applied

LifeTec™ P-SRF E Sterile Filter Elements

The Donaldson LifeTec™ P-SRF E series pleated sterile depth filter meets the stringent requirements of the semiconductor and electronics industry and performs reliably even under extreme operating conditions.

The LifeTec™ P-SRF E sterile filter element offers a very high dirt holding capacity, a low differential pressure, and a high temperature tolerance, which is ideal for electronics and semiconductor manufacturing processes. As a compressed air sterile filter, it is suitable for use in air and gas filtration systems that demand consistency and control.

P-SRF Sterile Filter Elements

Donaldson’s P-SRF Sterile Filters support bio-burden reduction from compressed air and technical gases in processed food and beverages

The P-SRF is designed for the filtration of compressed air, process air, and technical gases in the processed food and beverage industry. It supports applications where product purity and process control are critical.

This element is constructed with a sintered stainless steel filter cartridge frame, allowing for high-temperature applications and vapor phased hydrogen peroxide (VPHP) sterilization. The borosilicate sterile air cartridge media is binder-free and offers large amounts of void space for improved flow characteristics.

  • High-quality stainless steel construction ensures excellent mechanical stability and thermal resistance up to 200° C / 392° F

LifeTec™ PT N Sterile Filter Elements

The Donaldson LifeTec™ PT N sterile filter element with Tetratex® ePTFE membrane air filter provides exceptional filtration performance, stability, and durability in critical processed food and beverage applications.

The innovative design supports maximum durability, high dirt load capacity, and outstanding impurity retention without shedding or unloading contaminants, making it suitable for applications requiring a PTFE sterile air filter cartridge.

Donaldson’s LifeTec™ P-SRF X series of pleated sterile air filters support compressed air and gas filtration under extreme operating conditions. They offer exceptional filtration performance for compressed air and technical gases within the processed food and beverage industry.

The LifeTec™ P-SRF X sterile filter element meets or exceeds performance requirements for food and beverage applications such as dairy, food ingredients, and alcoholic beverages. These filters utilize Tetratex® PTFE membrane air filter media that is inherently hydrophobic, with a highly porous membrane structure—ideal for sterile gas filtration.

The PTFE sterile air filter cartridge media complies with FDA requirements (Food and Drug Administration Title 21 CFR 211.72 latest edition) and (EC) No. 1935/2004 for indirect food contact use.

The element provides a log reduction value (LRV) of 9 at 0.2 micron, LRV 8 at 0.02 micron, and LRV 7 at 0.003 micron, as verified in a DIN EN 1822 adopted test.
