The EG and HD Series offer reliable compressed air and gas filtration for both standard and ultra-high purity (UHP) applications. Built from corrosion-resistant and pressure-rated materials, they meet PED 2014/68/EU requirements and are suitable for use with coalescing, particulate, and carbon filters.

EG Series – High-Pressure Stainless Steel Housings for Hazardous Gas Applications

The EG Series is a stainless steel high pressure filter housing built for tough environments and high-purity gas handling. Designed for the purification of fluids of group 1 (hazardous fluids) and developed for use in ATEX Zones 1 and 2, it delivers durable performance for industrial gases and applications up to 25 bar.

 

Main Features & Specifications

  • Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction
  • Operating pressure: 25 bar (362 psi); temperature range: -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F)
  • Nine housing sizes for flows from 480 to 7680 m³/h (282 to 4520 cfm) (related to 7 bar (ü)/101 psi (g) and 20°C / 68°F)
  • Conductive materials suitable for suitable for environments requiring materials designed to prevent ignition sources, including ATEX Zones 1 and 2
  • Flanged inlet/outlet for proper sealing and compatibility
  • Supports coalescing, particulate, and carbon filtration
  • Suitable for purification of fluids of group 1 (hazardous fluids) according to PED 2014/68/EU

HD Series – Ultra High-Pressure Filter Housings for Technical and Industrial Gases

The HD Series offers robust, ultra-high purity (UHP) filter housing performance for systems operating at extreme pressures - up to 400 bar (5801 psi). Available in a range of sizes and materials, this industrial high pressure filter housing supports critical gaseous filtration tasks in compressed air and technical gas applications.

  • Housing materials: aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel
  • Pressure rating up to 400 bar (5801 psi); temperature range: -10°C to 80°C (14°F to 176°F)
  • Eight housing sizes for flows rates up to 8,640 m³/h (5,085 cfm)
  • Ideal for the purification of fluid group 1 (hazardous fluids) and 2 (non-hazardous fluids) according to PED 2014/68/EU
  • Compatible with filtration for oil vapor, hydrocarbons, and high-purity process gases
