Veterans Group ERG

The Veterans Group supports and champions veteran-related issues, events, and activities within Donaldson and our communities. In recognition of our commitment, Donaldson earned the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Company designation, highlighting our proactive efforts to support service members, veterans, and their families.

Our Women in Manufacturing ERG empowers women at Donaldson through support and advocacy, fostering growth in an inclusive and innovative environment where everyone can thrive.

PRIDE@Donaldson ERG supports advocacy, education, inclusion, pride, and dignity for our lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer+ (LGBTQ+) employees and in our global workforce and communities.

BELONG ERG

Our BELONG ERG strengthens inclusion by capturing employee perspectives and identifying meaningful ways to enhance belonging across Donaldson. By partnering with leaders, HR, and peer ERGs, the group champions improvements and hosts events that help employees feel respected and connected.
