Available in standard and low-profile sizes, they’re easy to install and built tough with automotive-grade glass-filled PBT plastic. The secure cap won’t separate, giving you robust, worry-free performance even in harsh environments.

Test Specification
- ISO 9227:2012: Salt Spray Resistance - 100 hours at elevated temperature and pressure
- MIL-STD-202G: Mechanical Vibration - Fatigue resistance
- IEC 60529-2013: Environmental Protection - IP rating
- Temperature Resistance: -40° C to 125° or 150° C / -40° F to 257° or 302° F, 20 cycle, 10 day test
Handling & Specification
- Clean mounting surface and area where Snap-Fit vent will be installed to remove any contamination. Allow surface to dry after cleaning.
- Ideal location for installation is on a flat, vertical surface on an exterior housing wall. This location will prevent any liquids from collecting.
- Chamfer recommended for optimal O-Ring seal when wall thickness is suitable.
- Push Snap-Fit vent in until you hear a click. This will ensure proper seal.
