Overview

Donaldson’s ARBG biogas & natural gas dehydration dryer series offers advanced adsorption dryer technology featuring a zero-loss system regeneration concept. By using dry gas for regeneration of the desiccant and returning it to the inlet of the drying unit, this system helps maintain high process efficiency while conserving valuable resources. Designed for volume flows from 150 to 6,000 Nm³/h (88 to 3,532 scfm), these dryers achieve pressure dew points as low as -50°C (-58°F), making them ideal for natural gas dehydration, biogas upgrading, and gas pipeline applications.

The system configurations help meet a wide range of purity requirements and support reliable performance across diverse gas processing environments. Donaldson provides tailor-made solutions for the dehydration of compressed air, technical gases, and biogas — combining innovative engineering with long-term operational efficiency.
