The WSO Mist Collector from Donaldson is engineered to address a wide range of mist collection needs—whether you're dealing with water-soluble coolant, straight oils, or oily smoke. At the heart of the system is the WSO Mist Collector Filter, designed specifically to work within WSO collectors to support mist filtration and operational efficiency.

These filters are built with Donaldson’s proprietary Synteq XP™ media, which uses a carefully engineered blend of fibers and a resin-free bonding system. The result is a filter developed to meet the specific airflow and mist handling characteristics of the WSO system.

WSO filters are purpose-built for use in Donaldson WSO mist collectors. The filter’s oblong shape is designed to fit the  rectangular cabinet and provide efficient use of space and media area. Synteq XP media supports mist separation across multiple fluid types, making the system flexible for changing processes or operational needs.
